If movement of your head (standing up, lying down) causes you to fell "dizzy" with a sensation of spinning or movement, then you likely have something irritating your balance organ (vestibular neuronitis, or labyrinthitis). This can be caused by a viral infection or by shingles, or it can happen spontaneously. If not relieved by rest/holding still or anti-histamines see your doctor.

Many young people have this condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome[POTS]. Your heart rate increases more than normal[tachycardia] without a drop in blood pressure. This happens to many people as a normal function of getting up as there blood pressure is low. In your situation the pain in head is not normal, so seek a doctor for exam and possible treatment.
