Since cocaine can cause heart attacks and/ or strokes, numbness of your left hand would be the least of your worries. Seek help from your doctor, and find a good rehab program to assist your departure from drug abuse. This is your choice, but be aware that illicit fentanyl is often mixed with "street drugs" (a word to the wise!).
