Neuropathy: This could be ulnar nerve compression causing numbness or pain in the ring finger and pinkie finger. See your doctor for an exam and assess for nerve compression at the elbow or armpit. Carpal tunnel syndrome can also be considered which is a nerve compression at the inside of the wrist.
