Left hand's left three fingers(c, a, &m) go numb when i sleep. how to prevent this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Carpal tunnel: You may have carpal tunnel syndrome, characterized by hand pain and recurrent numbness or "pins and needle" sensations in the thumb, index, middle finger and the lateral aspect of the ring finger. It may be triggered by use (driving, keyboard use). Wearing a wrist cock- up splint is very effective. Surgery reserved for severe cases. Check with your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
