Left pinky tingling: Could be ulanr neuropathy . See http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic.cfm?topic=A00069. May also be thoracic outlet ( by the neck/ collar bone). Could be from overuse, if thoracic outlet which could also be from activity would also consider lesion in neck area. F/u/ w/ doc
