2 days ago son c/o mild head, stomach, leg, neck ache. has blood disorder so got labs. wbc 15.4. 2 hematologist said not leukemia based on other labs. said if sx persist see pcp. pcp said just a virus today. hes acting happy. leg pain gone. worry?

Bw said reactivated mono. Wbc 10.9, lymph 12.3%, gran 79.8%, anc 8.7%. Labs normal 3 weeks ago. Body/joint aches, tired, neck sore, swollen lymph nodes, mild night sweats. Oncologist.confident with mono diagnosis. Should i be concerned for leukemia?
