Tingling: It would help to know how long these symptoms lasted or what kind of heart condition you have. A very fleeting episode without other neurological symptoms may be less likely to be a transient ischemic attack. Reflux or low back soreness appear unrelated. Nevertheless such an episode, especially if it recurs, warrants a consultation with a neurologist who'll take history&order appropriate tests
