I don't consider it high enough to worry about. It is certainly not indicative of some worrisome process. Various labs use different ranges and there are ethnic/genetic variations that broaden the acceptable normal range. You should discuss any concerns with the doc who knows your full history/exam and other test results.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it could be your normal. Wish you good health!
