It has been widely documented that any screen time within 2 hours of bed, can cause disruptions in sleep. the only exception to this is the Kindle/Nook/Kobo/etc ebooks which use a different kind of screen technology. The underlying problem with screens (TV, Ipad/tablet, computer, etc) is that they emit blue light in a specific wavelegth that disrupts the brains sleep/wake cycles. Music is OK.
