My friend has had a 100 dg fever for 3 days, neck pain, shoulder pain- headache, body ache. no conjested or vomiting? could this be meningitis?

Fever and Neck Pain: Yes, but the fever is not very high. If he is worsening or the fever will not go away with standard tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen he or she may need to be seen urgently.
