I had an ultrasound and measured at 5.2. i had a healthy looking yolk sac but not fetal pole yet. my hcg has been great so far but my gestational sac is irregular and jagged in some areas. whats the possibility of spontaneous abortion at this point?

Best is to wait another two weeks and have the U/S repeated as well as the HCG level. Results should clearly indicate the progress of your pregnancy.
