I had hard stools problem some months back which is now ok but i now have unusual bowel movements whenever i get aroused like i have observed i get a bowel movement in few minutes if i watch porn and i don't leak urine , i want to know whats wrong?

Nothing is wrong. Besides the nervous system that moves our muscles, feels, sees, and hears, there is an autonomic system controlling organ function with two branches with opposite control functions. When one is more active, it's not always specific; thus, the branch that promotes elimination is also involved in arousal and, when more active, tends to have spillover effects on related structures

If you pass stool after arousal that means yourv rectum is not empty and you are still constipated. Pl get that corrected and your symptom will disappear.
