From the bladder: Women sometimes leak or squirt some urine during sexual activities. A primary care doctor and an ob-gyn doctor can evaluate to see what can be done. Some women say they squirt urine during the rhythmic contractions of an orgasm; but a "huge" amount seems more unusual, so a evaluation would be helpful.
