My wife sgot is 62 sgpt is 38 total red blood cells are low 1.74 10 raise to 6 and hemoglobin 6.4 g/dl is the hemoglobin too low should she carry on her job as a teacher or take a leave?

She can carry on but needs to be seen by a good internist and checked for Celiac and other diseases that might be causing these issues.
