: You may have hemangiomas, sometimes called blood vessel moles (although they are not true moles). Hemangiomas in modest number are not abnormal, and the number of them may increase over time. So probably nothing is wrong, but the only way to know for certain is to see a doctor in person. A dermatologist would be ideal. Good luck.
