Red spots on palms: Some of the causes of red spots on your palms include dyshidrotic eczema (pompholyx), contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, fungal infection, psoriasis, syphilis, and rocky mountain spotted fever, a tick-borne illness that can cause rash on the palms. You really should be evaluated by a doctor.
