Ive got feel-able submandibular, cervical and sub-mental lymph nodes. there all below 1/2 and ive had them for 2 years. theyve never changed and i have no infection. could this be lymphoma and if not how so? im also slim. and the lymph nodes move?

Your lymph nodes are likely to be normal, their presence seems to feed into compulsively checking them and it is likely to build anxiety, have your doc comment on them during your next annual exam in order to clarify.
