Ive been told i have reactive lymph nodes. i have 1/2 an inch lymph nodes in my submandibular, cervical and submental areas. i have no infection and theyve never changed. ive had them all for 2 years too. could this be just reactive lymph nodes?

Yes, they are the size if normal nodes. In that location they filter serum from the nearby mouth/skin and do regular minor work from those sites. Major reactivity/work would cause larger size and some pain on touch.
