Hi, i am 23 i have itching all over my body (like stinging and sometimes burning sensation all over especially in my palm and the sole of my foot) with no visible inflammation, i only see inflammation like tiny red goosebump whenever it's worse like?

There are all sorts of "tiny red goosebumps." Time to be physically examined. A good place to start the solving of the mystery is to see a Physician rather than a computer screen. Either your GP or a Dermatologist. Take lots of pictures on your phone for the doctor. take some close up, some with a ruler next to the "red goosebumps," some at arms length.
