Hello all, i have noticed small small red dots on my foot extending upto 1/3rd of my foot. they don't have any itching or burning or pain. plz help?

Many things: If you have a cat or dog they could be flea bites, they could be bed bug bites, or just the beginnings of a fungal infection (athletse foot). You can try treatng them with an OTC antifungal cream and see if they go away. If they spread or get worse please see a physician for a better diagnosis.
