Cortisone cream: try applying cortisone cream to the area up to 4x daily if necessary. If there is pus, you may need a topical or oral abx. Antihistamine may help but likely does little at this stage

See below: You may apply 1% hydrocortisone ointment (available over the counter) and take oral benadryl 25 mg 1-2 times daily (caution: this may make you drowsy). If not improved in 1-2 days or worsens, see your PCP or Urgent Care
