Gross hematuria at the end of voiding is more common with lower UTI such as urethro-cystitis than epididymo-orchitis. If you have symptoms of cystitis like frequency, burning pain with voiding, etc. you may have concurrent cystitis. Because you have only one kidney so caution should be taken. Have a formal urine test done one month after finishing the abx course, if (+) hematuria, see a urologist.

It is not common to pee blood. See your Urologist and stop flexing and drink a lot of water. Good luck
