The urethral meatus (opening) could be injured if that area is struck with the high intensity water jet by accident then you may feel burning or pain with voiding. The injury should be mild and self-limited.

There should be none. But please do not use excess of water pressure to avoid injury locally. Also frequent use of this washes out the normal protective bacteria from the vagina and is not a good idea.
