Possible obstruction: Slow an interrupted stream and spraying are signs of obstruction. At age 32 it would not be prostate obstruction but you need to have cystourethroscopy(look in your urine channel with a light). Best to see a urologist. Good luck.

Other things...: You may need to see a urologist who may do urodynamic studies, which can determine the force of your urination. In addition to obstruction, another possibility is a neuromuscular issue, where you cannot contract your bladder strongly enough. This is non-invasive and can be done as an outpatient in the urologist's office. Good luck!
