You're fine buddy: Semen color varies from time to time. The seminal vesicles produce lipofuscin pigment and the amount of this that ends up in your semen depends on factors that are utterly mysterious. Plus, if you've been abstinent for a bit and had a really hard ejaculation after, you can bleed a bit, and afterward iron pigment can look yellow.
