Ive noticed with my right testicle that went up out of my scrotum, it came back down and been positioned vertical and causing pain. where for my whole life they have been flat at horizontal with no problem. would a urologist be able to sort it out?

Testicles can be highly mobile and one or both can retract into the lower groin. Wear a good scrotal support and get checked out by a Urologist. Good luck.
