I have pinching sensation in jaw area and right ear for years. i usually have to stretch my neck to relieve it. certain movements exacerbate it. i saw neurologist & mri in 2017 was clear except tiny cyst in jaw.nerve related?should i get another scan?

Another scan will not change the symptoms. Pl see anther neurologist or head and neck surgeon. Good luck.
