Urine methylhistamine level can be high in many conditions, mainly related to disorders of systemic mast-cell activation, so the test result should be correlated with the clinical diagnosis based on your symptoms and signs. In general, a positive test is significant when it is consistent with the clinical findings. So what are your "systemic systems"?

It is just above normal and should be repeated and treatment co-related to your signs and symptoms. Hope you do well
