If i did a testicular ultrasound 2-3 months ago (dr said it was normal just epididmyis cyst) should i be worried about a hard testical now? can it grow this quick? how accurate is an ultrasound?

A testicular ultrasound is quite accurate. If your testicle has become very hard I recommend seeing the urologist for evaluation and possibly a repeat ultrasound will be recommended. Epididymal cysts usually recede or stay the same size. Infrequently they enlarge or cause pain.
