Elbow pain: Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis could be the etiology but many diagnoses could fit the bill, if cervical neck pain is present in conjunction then the disc bulge could also be the culprit. Or it could very well be both. A good physical examination for local tenderness and further diagnostic studies such as mri/ EMG should be considered.
