A member asked:

Does eustachian tube dysfunction cause sinus pressure in your face and head? or could a sinus infection be causing my eustachian tube dysfunction? i dont have any issues with hearing, or pressure in my ears?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The Eustachian tubes are physically separate, in different locations and not connected to your sinuses in any way. They may be affected by the same processes that irritate or inflame your sinuses, but that is only because they have similar tissue linings.
