Can a blocked eustachian tube cause pressure in your face? i dont have any ear fullness, just slight face pressure?

"Pressure" in your face is more likely to be due to sinus issues rather than eustachian tube. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining you. If the symptom is troublesome, it would be prudent to see an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
