I got a 4th generation hiv test at 24 weeks and it was non-reactive. is the 24 weeks considered 6 months and is it conclusive ? any chances the test would miss either antibodies or p24 antigens? i want to move on from this and need closure on this?

A negative result at 24 weeks rules out HIV. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Is a 4th generation HIV test done at 6 weeks (42 days) post-exposure conclusive? This looks for Antigen and antibodies. Also took PCR test at 33 days. All test have been negative?
I have taken 5 Oraquick oral fluid hiv tests ranging from 74 days post last sexual contact to 96 days. I have also taken a 4th Generation ECLIA antigen/antibody combo test at 81 days. All came back negative. Can these results be considered conclusive?
