I am worried about rare strains of hiv like type o. i got a fourth generation hiv 1 and 2 antibody/antigen in the us fro quest diagnostic and am worried the test missed these strains. there seems to be conflicting answers. this makes me anxious?

HIV type O: Such strains of HPV are extremely rare, especially in the US, and most such persons test positive anyway. You may as well worry about being struck by lightning: the risk is a lot higher than having undetecable HPV. Do your best not to worry about this.

I got a 4th generation hiv test at 24 weeks and it was non-reactive. Is the 24 weeks considered 6 months and is it conclusive ? Any chances the test would miss either antibodies or p24 antigens? I want to move on from this and need closure on this?
