A member asked:

I have taken 5 oraquick oral fluid hiv tests ranging from 74 days post last sexual contact to 96 days. i have also taken a 4th generation eclia antigen/antibody combo test at 81 days. all came back negative. can these results be considered conclusive?

More or less. These results are strong indications that you did not catch HIV. To be sure, get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
