Every year only in cold months i suffer from freezing. when room temp drops ~ 69f (outside ~59f) im freezing a bit while my hands and feets are ice cold (approx 50f) for 7 hours at work. hands look normal but are slightly stiff. walking, hea diet?

Such cold intolerance isn't that unusual or drastic in my experience. Some people simply have almost lifelong cold intolerance while others are comfortable, often they are slender people. If it's a later development, get checked for anemia or an underactive thyroid.

It could be from diet, anemia, body mass, and underactive thyroid. Have yourself checked for Raynaud's phenomenon.
