My hands and feet are always pale and cold. my feet get very itchy when i start walking and it gets very uncomfortable sometimes even my legs get itchy . is there away that i could stop this or treat it?

Cold environment ???: What you are describing can be consistent with chilblains. You did not mention where you live if you’re exposed to cold or not itching can be a side effect of this condition. Usually one has to be exposed to cold to experience this condition
