How much salt..?: Are you pregnant? Very important to answer 1 st. If you just " puffy" feet and hands it could be eating too much salthy food - Watch SODIUM! It needs much of water to be diluted and you may be retainig water. Check with your doctor if your kidneys are working right - simple urine test for protien may be helpful. Check your blood pressure as well and watch for side effects of any other medicatons.

Needs to be checked: Swelling of feet and hands needs to be evaluated by your doctor.You are retaining fluids in your body.It can be due to certain meds,too much salt consumption.Liver Disease,Kidney Disease and heart conditions.Need a detailed history/Physical Examination,Blood./urine test etc to find the cause and treat appropriately
