Vasospasm: There may possible reason, but it sounds like you have overly sensitive blood vessels in your hands. Raynaud's phenomenon is one possibility. Check with your primary doctor or a rheumatologist for further evaluation.

Unusual association: Anatomically, what you are presenting with does not follow the normal artery, vein or nerve distributions. Temperature might affect the hands or feet (such as in raynaud's disease) but nor sure how walking and standing would do so. It may actually be how you perceive the temperature of your extremities rather than the actual phenomenon. Your doctor can be the best source of why this occurs.
