HPV vaccine primarily prevents new HPV infection. Assuming you and she are monogamous, no new HPV infections will be introduced. Recent research indicates that the vaccine may reduce the frequency of reactivation of existing infection, maybe including lower chance of repeat warts in the future. The vaccine therefore MAY reduce the chance of testing positive (e.g. in a Pap smear), but no guarantees
