Large amount of protein shown in urine deserves medical attention. Consult your PCP first, who may refer you to nephrologist to sort out the cause(s) and adequate treatment.

Yes, it needs medical attention and in case oh are not established with a primary care doc, going to an urgent care will be recommended. Nephrotic syndrome appears likely and needs to be addressed promptly.

You need to be evaluated by a Nephrologist. In the meantime see your doc asap. urgent care if your doc cant see you in a day or two.
