Yes, it needs medical attention and in case oh are not established with a primary care doc, going to an urgent care will be recommended. Nephrotic syndrome appears likely and needs to be addressed promptly.

You need to be evaluated by a Nephrologist. In the meantime see your doc asap. urgent care if your doc cant see you in a day or two.
