You'll to see a local dentist to have those teeth evaluated. Many people don't have insurance but they work their healthcare costs into their budget. Seek care at a low cost clinic and contact your local dental society for further guidance and suggestions. This is not a DIY project.

Hard anything will not cause sudden gum swelling. It may be an allergic response, but more probably bacteria-caused gum disease. Properly diagnosing your problem cannot be accomplished with computer clicks. Please see a General Dentist , or preferably a gum specialist, a Periodontist. The cost of treatment can be managed many ways, but do not avoid proper care. Neglect is even more expensive.
