one inner cheek swollen, dentist has no idea why. white half circle looking thing on upper gum same side. both have been there for months now. im 24.

Parotid gland?: The swelling could be associated with your parotid gland. It is possible to have a salivary stone causing the swelling (similar to having a kidney stone). The half-circle thing---- could be an impacted tooth? Canine? Just guessing here.
