I am having hearing loss for right ear 4k(hz) 45 db hl, 8k(hz) 60 db hl and for left ear 4k(hz) 50 db hl, 8k(hz) 65 db hl . should i use hearing aid? i guess it is moderate and moderately severe high frequency hearing loss?

I believe that most physicians on this panel would recommend that an audiologist or a hearing aid specialist would be best qualified to interpret your test results and recommend appropriate treatment but first the audiologist or an ENT should evaluate you for any underlying medical pathology that may be responsible for your hearing loss.
