Are you as doctors getting the new bivalent covid vaccine targeting b4 and b5? ive heard its safe but i know they only trialed b1 not the other 2. ive also heard that their almost the same so there was no need. is it safe above all?

As a personal choice I will seek out the newer Novavax using the older protein-based technology. These mRNA vaccines appear to provide protection that lasts less than a year and I want more duration out of any vaccine. Things may change, but for now this will be my ask.

I am getting it on Thursday and have no concerns about taking it, despite having 4 doses of the vaccine already. Take flu shot at the same time that you take Covid vaccine. Wish you good health!
