Over 80 years male took the covid 19 both pfizer vaccine doses and had no reaction or said side effects. does the vaccine work on him as there was no reaction. is it safe to take him to local doctors fir check up?

Presence or lack of reaction is not an indication of the effectiveness of the vaccine. If he need to visit the doctor for another reason, it would be safe for him.

While many assume that side effects from a COVID-19 vaccine mean that the shot is working, the reality is that people should not interpret the symptoms that way. It should be perfectly fine to take him for a local Physician visit.
