Hello, i have an external hemorrhoid that bleeds w/bms & sometimes i see what looks like small blood clots, it that something i should be worried about? tia?

Internal hemorrhoid is more likely the cause of the heavy bleeding than external hemorrhoid which commonly causes pain and discomfort along with blood on tissue. Frequent bleeding can cause anemia and in turn it may affect your overall wellness. See a surgeon or a GI specialist for help.
