A member asked:

Ext thrombosed hemorrhoid. swell/pain decreased, now painless rectal bleeding (bright red), small clots. mild abd pain and nausea. when to see dr?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Promptly: While issue is lessened currently, you could rebleed again and potentially heavily. Avoid straining at stool by taking a softener (perhaps miralax ) and apply anusol hc cream or Tucks pads until definitive care is available. A good colorectal or general surgeon should be able to help.
