No. Yes. Discuss with your Dr what is best for you. Go to Drugs.com and review all the anticholinergic meds for safety. Also enter in all other meds u r taking into the interaction checker.

OAB medications do not cause dementia. In some cases they can enhance the symptoms. There are several other meds which are safe and also not anticholinergic. Discuss these with your prescriber
