I had a pimple on the nape of my neck and it popped by itself. is it bad that i washed my hands and deluted some dial antibacterial soap and put it on my pimple, then rinsed it and dried? i know its not recommended but is that fine to my health ? ?

It sounds like you took care of it properly. It's not recommended that you pop pimples yourself, but they do sometimes pop by themselves so taking precautions with topical antibacterial makes sense. Just keep an eye on it for any redness, swelling, pus drainage, fever...and let your doctor know if you have any of these.
